World Famous Hotboys is seeking a friendly and reliable FOH Cashier/Customer Service to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking food orders, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing a high level of customer service to ensure that our guests have a memorable Hotboys experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival

Process customer orders, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

Ensure all orders are prepared and packed correctly in a timely manner

Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing recommendations

Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down tables and sweeping the floor

Help maintain a clean and organized dining room

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk and stay on his/her feet for prolonged periods of time

Lift up to 75 pounds at a given time

Must be able to write (take orders from guests) and work either an adding machine or a Point of Sale (P.O.S.) screen that requires repetitive motion

Must be courteous, smile frequently, and express cheerful disposition at all times

Must be able to engage guests in friendly, warm and light conversation

Pay:

$16 - $20 Per Hour + Tips

The candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and presenting dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping ingredients

Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications, including following recipes and presentation standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels

Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
